We are a builder introduction service only. This means that we do not provide construction services, which allows us to provide an independant and impartial service.

How is Build Better different from other platforms?

Build Better is designed specifically for new builds and major residential projects, not small jobs or repairs.

Getting Quotes

How many builders will I hear from?

Typically, we connect you with up to three builders.

This gives you enough options to compare without being overwhelmed.

How long does it take to receive quotes?

Most homeowners begin receiving responses within a 7 -10 days, depending on the level of detail provided.

Full quotes may take longer if:

plans are still being finalised
the project is complex.

We follow up with builders and will keep you updated if the quoting process will take longer than 10 days

Do I need plans before requesting quotes?

No — you can request quotes at different stages.

If you already have plans, builders can provide more accurate pricing
If you don’t, builders can provide indicative estimates and guidance.

You can also upload plans directly through Build Better.

What information do I need to provide?

To get the best results, provide:

section location
approximate house size
plans (if available)
budget range (optional)
timeframe.

The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quotes will be.
